HearingLife is seeking a licensed Audiologist to join our nationwide team in Idaho. You will diagnose and treat hearing loss, fit and adjust hearing devices, and help patients achieve better hearing health.

The role emphasizes patient-focused care, sales-driven growth, and collaboration with physicians. A supportive team, ongoing education, and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License per state requirements.
• At least 2+ years of hearing aid sales experience or equivalent training under licensed HIS or AuD.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services including hearing tests and fittings.
• Check and troubleshoot hearing aids, perform repairs and cleaning.
• Grow patient population while meeting practice financial KPIs and ethical standards.
• Outreach at health fairs and build relationships with physicians to refer patients.
• Counsel patients on hearing aids, devices, and payment options; stay updated on third-party payors.
