Job summary
Miracle-Ear, Inc. is seeking talented sales professionals in Conyers, GA to lead hearing aid sales while guiding customers through comprehensive hearing evaluations. You will be trained as a Hearing Care Specialist reporting to the Area Manager to help people rediscover the emotions of sound and accelerate your medical-related career.
Base pay is 65K with uncapped commissions and licensing assistance. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, HSA, PTO, holidays, and training to
Qualifications
- Associates degree required by licensure or implied for advancement.
- Proven sales experience with a client-facing focus.
- Proficiency in CRM, MS Office and POS systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the sale of hearing aids and accessories to meet revenue goals.
- Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations to guide product recommendations.
- Deliver a superior customer experience throughout the journey.
- Partner with team members to drive life-changing hearing solutions.
- Complete training requirements and state licensure to grow into a Hearing Care Professional.
