Job summary

Beltone is hiring a Hearing Care Professional in Roanoke, VA. You will perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and recommend the best rehabilitative services, including fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments and accessories to ensure a successful patient journey.

The role emphasizes patient education, community outreach, and collaboration with physicians to grow referrals while delivering Beltone's Nationwide Network of Care. A Virginia dispensing license or AuD credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in Virginia or AuD with dispensing credentials.
• Experience in hearing instrument fitting and patient education is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Recommend and fit hearing instruments and accessories to support patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on hearing health and community resources.
• Engage with physicians for referrals and community outreach.
