Job summary

Beltone is hiring a Licensed Hearing Care Professional in Manchester, Connecticut. The role offers a salary potential range from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, reflecting the opportunity to work with America’s Best Retailer for Hearing Care.

As part of Beltone’s collaborative team, you will administer hearing evaluations, provide instrument recommendations, and support patients through their hearing journey. CT licensing is required or a plan to obtain it, with AuD as an acceptable credential.

Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in Connecticut (CT)
• Desire to obtain license in CT
• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in CT

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide professional recommendations for rehabilitative services and dispensing hearing instruments/accessories.
• Educate patients about hearing healthcare and community involvement.
• Engage in physician outreach for referrals.
• Uphold Beltone promise and nationwide network of care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the stateof Connecticut _ OR _
• Desire to obtain license in the state of Connecticut OR
• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Connecticut

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+years dispensing or fitting experience.
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
