Job summary

Ellit Groups in the United States seeks an experienced Epic Healthy Planet / Compass Rose Analyst to support a healthcare organization’s Epic environment, with a strong emphasis on Compass Rose workflows.

The Analyst will lead configuration, optimization, testing, and issue resolution, collaborating with operational and technical teams; travel onsite about once per month to align with Epic activities.

Qualifications

• Current Epic certification covering Healthy Planet and Compass Rose.
• Strong hands-on Compass Rose experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose workflows.
• Experience with Epic system configuration, build, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate operational requirements into effective system solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and operational teams.
• Ability to travel onsite approximately once per month to align with Epic onsite activities.

Job Summary
