Clean Eatz Orland Park is seeking a reliable Prep Cook / Café Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will help with weekly meal production and craft made-to-order café meals, balancing efficiency with attention to quality.

The role emphasizes working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, following standardized recipes, and maintaining high food safety and presentation standards. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant, line cooking, or food preparation preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and standardized cooking procedures.
• Comfortable with both meal production and made-to-order café service.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare ingredients and cook proteins, vegetables, grains, and other menu items according to established recipes.
• Assist with weekly meal production, including portioning, assembling, packaging, and labeling meals.
• Follow standardized recipes and portion guidelines to maintain consistency.
• Help organize ingredients and prepare for upcoming production schedules.
• Prepare and cook made-to-order café meals accurately and efficiently, and manage multiple orders.
