The role offers a starting base pay of $20.00 per hour with potential escalator and tips, plus mileage and cell-service reimbursements. Flexibility for evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
• Reliable, well-maintained personal vehicle and smartphone comfort.
• Ability to follow routes, use a delivery app, and manage time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Thistle meals to customers per route and verify items before leaving.
• Use our delivery app to complete stops and follow customer instructions.
• Collect return bags and ice packs and return them at the next shift start.
• Communicate with dispatch to keep routes moving efficiently.
