The role requires a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, a smartphone for routing, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Expect a flexible schedule including evenings, mornings, weekends, and holidays as part of a dynamic delivery operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• Proof of insurance including liability and bodily injury is required.
• Reliable vehicle with capacity for multiple bags of meals, snacks, and beverages.
• Smartphone and comfort with using routing apps.
• Ability to follow safety instructions and English SOPs.
• Flexible schedule including some evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the assigned Thistle location with a charged smartphone and sufficient fuel.
• Verify that all items are accounted for before leaving for deliveries.
• Use the delivery app to complete stops and follow customer instructions.
• Collect return bags and ice packs and return them at the start of the next shift.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch to keep routes moving.
