Job summary

Thistle Health is hiring Delivery Drivers to bring plant-forward meals to customers from the Minneapolis area. You’ll represent quality and reliability at the door, managing deliveries with a mobile app and maintaining safe driving standards.

You must have a valid license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle. The role includes a starting pay of $20 per hour with potential increases based on volume, hours, and tips in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proof of auto liability insurance.
• Reliable vehicle able to carry multiple meals, snacks, and beverages.
• Smartphone and comfort with using mobile apps for routing.
• Ability to understand and follow safety instructions in English.
• Flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the assigned Thistle location at scheduled shift start with a fully charged smartphone and sufficient fuel.
• Verify that all items are accounted for before leaving for deliveries.
• Use our delivery app to complete assigned stops and follow customer instructions.
• Collect return bags and ice packs and return them to your pickup location at the beginning of your next shift.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with our dispatch team to keep routes moving.
