Thistle Health in Burlington, NJ is hiring Delivery Drivers to bring plant-forward meals to customers with reliability and care. You will work at the Burlington Production Facility and use our delivery app to complete stops, verify items, and maintain clear communication with dispatch.

A valid license, clean driving record, smartphone, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required. Starting pay is $20 per hour with potential to earn more through a per-hour escalator, tips, and reimbursements.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Proof of insurance that includes liability and bodily injury.
A reliable vehicle with capacity for multiple bags of meals and beverages.
Smartphone and comfort with using routing apps.
Ability to understand safety instructions and English work directions.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Arrive at the assigned Thistle location at shift start with a charged smartphone and fuel.
Verify items and use delivery app to complete stops per customer instructions.
Collect and return bags and ice packs at shift transitions.
Communicate clearly with dispatch to keep routes moving.
