Job summary

Thistle is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our Logistics team in Minnesota. You will drop off plant-forward meals and maintain high standards of reliability and safety at customer doors.

You’ll start at $20 per hour with potential to earn more through volume-based escalators and tips. Mileage and cell phone reimbursements are provided, and a valid license, clean driving record, and smartphone are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Proof of insurance that includes liability and bodily injury.
• A reliable, clean, well-maintained vehicle with capacity for multiple medium-sized bags of meals, snacks, and beverages.
• A reliable smartphone and comfort with using mobile technology for routing and instructions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the assigned Thistle location at your scheduled shift start with a fully charged smartphone and sufficient fuel.
• Verify that all items are accounted for before leaving for deliveries.
• Use our delivery app to complete assigned stops and follow customer instructions.
• Collect return bags and ice packs and return them to your pickup location at the beginning of your next shift.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with our dispatch team to keep routes moving.
