Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience developing youth programs in nonprofit settings preferred.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certifications expected within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize and implement high quality youth development programs.
• Manage staff and volunteers, provide supervision and coaching.
• Monitor budgets and program operating plans to meet objectives.
• Assist in marketing and registrations for programs.
• Coordinate fundraising activities as needed.
• Respond to member inquiries and maintain program evaluations.
