Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced food service is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long hours and lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepares recipes according to standard procedures.
• Stocks and prepares stations for service.
• Communicates product needs to BOH and MODs.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the station.
• Accommodates guest-specific requests and modifications.
• Ensures high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation.
• Strives to meet a 6 minute ticket time goal.
