Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Restaurant Cook to join a health-minded team in a fast-paced club setting. You will prepare menu items according to recipes and ensure timely service while upholding food safety guidelines.

You will stock and maintain cleanliness, support the Bistro and LifeCafe operations, and follow recipes to preserve quality and consistency across all dishes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to the daily needs for the Bistro, including, but not limited to, stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety of kitchen
• Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness, including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning kitchen equipment, and washing dishes
• Manages the flow of food production in conjunction with the sandwich and salad stations
• Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality of ingredients while preparing food
