Job summary

Carex Consulting Group is seeking a Manager, Technical Delivery in Madison, WI to lead technical teams and oversee design, development, and deployment of complex healthcare technology solutions. This hands-on leadership role balances architecture, delivery oversight, and client services while mentoring a high‑performing team.

You'll drive architecture across Salesforce and Epic platforms, establish technical standards, and contribute to pre‑sales discovery and solution design.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical delivery and solution architecture in healthcare tech.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple client engagements.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience shaping technical delivery standards and release processes.
• Hands-on participation in deployments and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support across client engagements.
• Lead and develop developers, analysts, architects, and consultants while managing workloads and performance.
• Act as technical escalation point and contribute to billable client work.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and implementation plans across Salesforce, Epic, and other platforms.
• Develop technical standards for documentation, QA, testing, and governance.
• Own deployment readiness with version control and release management using GitHub, Copado, etc.
• Collaborate with project managers and delivery leadership to align execution with timelines and budgets.
• Support pre-sales efforts with technical estimates and solution architecture input.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and Jira governance.
