Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
• Technical skills in financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, market analysis.
• Familiarity with venture capital deal structures and investment terms.
• Ability to review and interpret key legal documents.
• Familiarity with healthcare economics and markets.

Responsibilities

• Support HTA Program Coordinator in managing HTA.
• Perform due diligence on investment opportunities, including financial, IP, market and risk analyses.
• Assist with reporting, data collection, and tracking.
• Review applications for program compliance and alignment with goals.
• Prepare materials for investment presentations to HTA Advisory Panel.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
