Job summary
HealthDyne is a pharmacy accelerator company focused on delivering scalable, patient-centered pharmacy solutions. The Product Manager will own strategy, development, and lifecycle for HealthDyne products, building infrastructure and governance in a fast-moving, regulated environment.
The role collaborates with internal leaders, clients, manufacturers, pharmacies, and partners to align business plans, product economics, execution, and performance, with emphasis on speed to market and measurable
Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management, with at least 3+ in healthcare technology.
- Experience with APIs and healthcare data standards.
- Experience launching products in regulated environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with focus on scalability and patient-centric design.
Responsibilities
- Own near- and long-term roadmaps for HealthDyne products.
- Create governance around requirements gathering and triage.
- Maintain the product catalog of features and configurations; distinguish standard vs configurable.
- Coordinate product launches with sales, technology, pharmacy operations, implementation, and client services.
- Own post-launch performance and optimization; monitor KPIs and client satisfaction.
