Conduit Health in New York is seeking a New Partnerships Manager to own full-cycle sales from prospecting to close, running demos, and activating new partners. You will work with senior leadership and RevOps to scale the go-to-market motion and refine processes as you grow.

You will engage home health agencies, nursing facilities, and similar providers, collaborating across clinical and operational teams to drive adoption and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle sales experience in healthtech/SaaS or similar environments.
• Outbound prospecting and pipeline-building experience.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes including clinical and leadership.
• Strong coachability and collaboration skills; willingness to contribute to playbooks.

Responsabilités

• Own pipeline end-to-end: prospecting, demos, and closing.
• Run product demos and tailor value propositions to home health providers.
• Engage multiple stakeholders to drive consensus and decisions.
• Manage 30-day post-sale activation and handoff to Partner Success.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot and provide market feedback.
