CAMBA in New York seeks a HealthLink Compliance Director to lead the HealthLink compliance program, oversee audits, and ensure adherence to federal and New York State healthcare regulations including HIPAA. You will draft plans, report to the Compliance Committee, and work with senior directors to improve quality and reduce risk.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of healthcare compliance experience, with strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifikationen

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field.
• Five years of experience in healthcare compliance matters.
• Familiarity with federal and New York State healthcare compliance laws, including HIPAA.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and monitor adoption, implementation and maintenance of the HealthLink Compliance Program.
• Draft and update the HealthLink Compliance Plan annually.
• Review and revise policies, procedures and standards of conduct.
• Report to CAMBA’s Compliance Committee quarterly and to CEO/President.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with Medicaid, DOHMH and DOH requirements.
• Lead investigations and pursue corrective actions as needed.
• Promote awareness and training on compliance matters.
• Maintain client confidentiality.
