Job summary

CAMBA HealthLink is seeking a HealthLink Compliance Director to lead the compliance program across the organization’s HealthLink services in Brooklyn. The role oversees audits, policy updates, and reporting to senior leadership while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to federal and New York state regulations.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in healthcare administration and at least five years of healthcare compliance experience, with strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Five (5) years’ experience in healthcare compliance matters.
• Knowledge of federal and NY healthcare compliance laws and regulations including HIPAA.
• Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor the HealthLink Compliance Program adoption, implementation and maintenance.
• Draft, implement and update the HealthLink Compliance Plan annually.
• Review and revise policies, procedures and standards of conduct.
• Report to CAMBA’s board-level Compliance Committee quarterly.
• Assist in improving HealthLink program efficiency and reduce fraud risk.
• Conduct audits and document findings to guide improvements.
