Qualifications

• Completes all required training and professional development sessions sponsored by Texas Southmost College ( TSC ).
• Be familiar with and adhere to all policies and procedures of TSC.

Responsibilities

• Teach program-specific Workforce Training and Continuing Education courses.
• Develop curriculum for selected classes and use varied teaching methods.
• Evaluate students and maintain accurate records of progress and attendance.
• Provide office hours and guidance; engage in recruitment and student support activities.
• Participate in department/college evaluations and adhere to TSC policies.
