In this client-facing role, you will partner with healthcare organizations to understand their needs, design workflows, configure and implement Clairvia solutions, and guide customers through adoption and measurable value realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discussions to understand current-state clinical and operational workflows, business requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Design future-state workflows and recommend Clairvia solutions that improve workforce and workload management.
• Guide customers through solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, and adoption.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with clinical, operational, technical, and executive stakeholders.
• Coach customers on data collection, system-design requirements, workflow decisions, and implementation best practices.
