Qualifications

• 2 years or less experience in workforce management, scheduling, healthcare operations, or related field.

• Intermediate Excel skills; WFM software experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, HR, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Customer-service mindset with strong accountability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with workforce forecasting and staffing plans.
• Monitor daily staffing levels and schedule adherence.
• Create, maintain, and publish employee schedules.
• Analyze workforce trends, attendance, productivity, and service-level metrics.
• Support real-time operational monitoring and staffing adjustments.
• Generate workforce reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Coordinate with Operations, Clinical Leadership, HR, and Finance teams.
• Identify staffing gaps and recommend schedule adjustments.
• Maintain workforce management systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across workforce operations.
