Professional Cleaning & Maintenance Services (PCMS) is seeking a Housekeeping Quality Inspector to ensure healthcare facilities consistently meet White-Glove Standards through inspections, rounds, coaching, and continuous quality improvement. The role involves traveling between facilities and delivering detailed quality feedback to maintain high cleanliness and satisfaction.

You will be responsible for completing inspection reports, following up on deficiencies, and partnering with Operations

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail is essential for accurate inspections.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine quality inspections at healthcare facilities.
• Conduct customer rounding with facility leadership to ensure satisfaction.
• Coach and develop housekeeping employees in real time with feedback and recognition.
• Ensure facilities meet PCMS White-Glove Standards and customer expectations.
• Complete inspection reports and follow-up action plans.
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements to Operations Leadership.
