WM Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Hospital Services Worker to travel between customer facilities, proactively collecting and exchanging waste containers for programs such as Sharps Management, Pharmaceutical Waste, Controlled Substances, and Document Management.

The role requires on-site presence, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 65 pounds and push carts up to 500 pounds; shift is 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm with occasional weekends, offering good benefits.

Qualifications

• On-site presence required at customer locations and immunization per customer requirements.
• 2 years in a customer service role or equivalent experience emphasizing strong communication and tact in providing superior service.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilités

• Travel between healthcare facilities to collect and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs.
• Interact professionally with onsite staff to meet service expectations.
• Maintain a strict collection and service schedule.
• Communicate duty status on a defined schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
