Job summary

WM is seeking a Hospital Services Worker to travel between Virginia facilities, performing on-site waste container exchanges for WM Healthcare Solutions programs including Sharps, Pharmaceutical Waste, and Document Management.

You will maintain a strict service schedule, interact with onsite staff, and cover multiple facilities in the Salem and Roanoke area. This role requires a valid driver’s license and on-site work.

Qualifications

• On-site customer service experience or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and tact
• Required immunization compliance per customer site

Responsibilities

• Travels between customer healthcare facilities to proactively monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs
• Interacts professionally with onsite customer staff to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded
• Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule
• Communicates duty status on a defined schedule
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
