Job summary

Daniels Health in Ann Arbor, MI, is seeking a Field Service Representative to inspect and service healthcare waste products at assigned hospital locations. You will maintain inventory and deliver first-line customer service.

You will work with drivers, operations, sales, and support staff, with duties including heavy lifting up to 40 lbs, standing most of the day, and a Monday–Friday 8am–4pm schedule. The role pays $20 per hour and includes benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in labor-intensive roles with hands-on field service.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and push/pull up to 300 lbs.
• Proven customer service and relationship management in hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Work with clinical staff to ensure proper healthcare waste segregation and container exchanges.
• Inspect and service Daniels products within hospitals and medical centers.
• Maintain inventory levels of container stock at location level.
• Communicate with hospital staff and Daniels personnel; escalate issues to manager.
• Keep staging area neat and orderly after visits.
• Stand and walk for long periods; heavy lifting may be required.
