Job summary

Daniels Health is hiring a Full time Field Service Representative to join our Michigan team, supporting hospitals with medical waste services. You’ll be on the move, performing container exchanges and servicing materials in clinical areas.

This hands-on role requires physical fitness, reliability, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Shifts are Monday through Friday, with early morning hours, and travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Physically fit for heavy lifting and active, on-the-go work.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Strong attention to paperwork and procedures.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
• Can-do attitude with experience in labor-intensive or logistics role.
• COVID-19 vaccination required for hospital access.

Responsibilities

• Work with hospital staff to ensure safe and timely medical waste container exchanges.
• Inspect and service Daniels Health containers in clinical areas.
• Lift containers up to 50 lbs and push/pull carts up to 300 lbs.
• Maintain inventory and keep areas stocked and organized.
• Use company-provided smartphone to manage tasks and report issues.
• Keep staging areas clean and orderly.
• Represent Daniels Health with professionalism and strong work ethic.
