Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a Field Service Representative to inspect and service products at assigned hospitals or medical centers in Ann Arbor, MI. You will maintain container inventory and deliver first-line customer service for Daniels, coordinating with drivers, operations, sales, and support staff.

Role requires lifting heavy containers and standing most of the day. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, with potential overtime and a stable, full-time position in a healthcare environment.

• Experience in labor-intensive job.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and service Daniels' products at assigned hospital or medical center.
• Maintain inventory of container stock at location.
• Provide first-line customer service to hospital staff and Daniels personnel.
• Communicate issues to manager and escalate as needed.
• Assist with staging and safe handling of containers and equipment.
