Zusammenfassung

WM is seeking a Project Manager - Healthcare to provide strategic guidance for compliant, safe, and efficient handling of all waste streams contracted by facilities. You will ensure WM’s services meet expectations, regulatory and safety standards, and are delivered in a profitable manner.

The role requires local travel, mostly day trips with occasional overnights, and on-site presence at customer locations.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of experience in healthcare or equivalent in project/customer management with strong knowledge of medical waste issues.
• Public speaking duties expected and handling client communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams.

Aufgaben

• Monitor operational performance and cost goals using cost tracking tools and invoice reviews.
• Provide strategic consultative resources to hospital staff for safe, compliant waste stream management.
• Regulatory knowledge on EPA, DOT, DEA and related standards.
• Conduct surveys to identify compliance gaps and waste segregation opportunities.
