Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the Penn Home Infusion Therapy team. You will help identify supplies, prepare shipments, stock and rotate inventory, and ensure accurate packaging of equipment and materials for patient delivery.

You will work closely with clinical and operations staff to maintain high standards of patient safety, confidentiality, and service quality, contributing to timely and reliable patient care across the network.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED is required.
• Experience and training in handling home medical equipment and supplies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge the importance of patient satisfaction and strive to exceed customer expectations.
• Identify individual patient’s needs and modify interactions to meet them.
• Identify ancillary supplies and infusion pump items for processing patient ship tickets.
• Assist with packaging equipment and supplies for delivery to patients as per policy.
• Support department-wide initiatives for patient/employee safety and protect confidentiality.
