Notre-Dame Hospital in Hearst, Ontario, is seeking a dynamic, benevolent and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to guide the hospital's strategic direction, ensure delivery of high-quality health care services, and foster a culture of excellence under the guidance of the Board.

The CEO will lead a diverse team, collaborate with the board and stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance, financial stewardship and a patient-centered care ethos across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business administration, commerce or related field.
• Minimum five years in a senior executive role.
• Healthcare industry experience is an asset.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership to guide the hospital toward its mission and goals.
• Collaborate with the board, medical staff and stakeholders on strategic plans.
