Job summary

Montefiore is hiring a Value Measurement Analyst to own analytics for digital experiences. You will translate business needs into metrics, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights in cross-functional teams.

You will work with Epic data, Clarity and Caboodle, SQL, and Power BI to tell compelling narratives that drive decisions for patients, clinicians, and operations across Yonkers and Bronx locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, CS, Economics or related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare analytics or digital health analytics experience.
• Epic Cogito certification and experience with Epic data, Clarity and Caboodle.
• Proficient in SQL; advanced Excel capabilities for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define problems and metrics with business and Digital teams for insights.
• Deeply understand processes and the insights that inform decisions.
• Create and maintain data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, and Epic tools.
• Perform ROI/value analyses translating digital changes into outcomes.
• Work with Epic and non-Epic data; ensure data quality and integrity.
• Develop metrics, apply business logic, and present to leaders.
