Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Industrial Engineering, or Finance is required.
• MBA or related discipline preferred.
• 7 years in healthcare or supply chain leadership; 5+ years in value analysis leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end value analysis processes including product introduction, evaluation, trials, conversion, and tracking outcomes.
• Partner with physicians, clinicians, and department leaders to assess needs and drive outcomes.
• Identify, prioritize, and manage cost-containment opportunities; drive cost-reduction initiatives.
• Analyze product utilization, expenditures, and performance; prepare reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate vendor engagement and support contract negotiations.
• Guide teams through value analysis procedures, Steering Committee prep, and proposals.
