Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Industrial Engineering, or Finance required.
• 7+ years in healthcare and/or supply chain field.
• 5+ years in Value Analysis leadership preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with cost-containment focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end value analysis process for products/services.
• Partner with physicians and department leaders for clinical alignment.
• Identify and manage cost-containment opportunities; track outcomes.
• Analyze utilization and expenditures; prepare cost analyses and recommendations.
• Coordinate vendor engagement and support contract negotiations.
• Guide cross-functional teams through value analysis procedures.
• Maintain and improve value analysis policies and reporting tools.
