Qualifications

• 5+ years of business valuation experience with core methodologies.
• Healthcare valuation experience preferred (FMV opinions, physician compensation, M&A).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or MBA/Finance.
• Strong financial modeling and accounting fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Source, scope and manage engagements; maintain client relationships.
• Execute deliverables and ensure quality of valuation analyses.
• Train and mentor team members; participate in seminars and training.
• Communicate project status to staff and management; maintain schedules.
