VMG Health is seeking an experienced Manager to lead healthcare valuation engagements nationwide from Dallas. You will scope engagements, manage teams, deliver high-quality reports, and maintain client relationships.

The role emphasizes applying DCF, asset, and market approaches, mentoring staff, and contributing to ongoing research and training within VMG Health.

A strong background in finance and healthcare market knowledge is required; ASA/ABV/CFA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of business valuation experience.
• Mastery of discounted cash flow (DCF), asset, and market approaches.
• Healthcare valuation experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Properly scope engagements to ensure profitability.
• Provide timely status updates to project team members.
• Ensure engagement tracking and documents are updated.
• Develop engagement communications and ensure client compliance.
• Communicate all aspects of engagements with staff and clients.
• Demonstrate mastery of valuation theory across healthcare segments.
• Uphold integrity and professionalism in all client interactions.
• Ensure engagements stay on schedule with internal deadlines.
• Maintain accuracy in all phases of the valuation process.
• Contribute to staff training and seminars on valuation methods.
• Provide guidance on valuation approaches to clients and staff.
• Participate in calls and site visits as required.
• Explain valuation opinions and conclusions to clients.
