Responsibilities

• Learn underwriting principles and evaluate risk for renewals and new business for employer sponsored healthcare.
• Assist in financial analysis around benefit designs, reporting, pricing negotiations, and financial settlements.
• Actively participate in HCSC's internship program and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Learn processes, programs, and technologies while delivering increasing independence.
• Own components of project work and deliverables with mentor guidance.
