Infowave Systems, Inc. is seeking a Test Governance Analyst with Healthcare - UAT in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

The role focuses on defining UAT quality standards, governance checks, and audits, while coordinating with PMs, BAs, developers, QA, and vendors to align on test strategy, scope, and timelines. You will develop and maintain UAT scripts in Azure DevOps, manage defects, and support end-to-end test coverage across business teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in IT Quality Assurance (QA)
• Experience using Test Management Tools
• Experience coordinating UAT testing with business teams
• Experience managing relationships with stakeholders
• Healthcare domain experience or familiarity with health plan operations preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Public/Business Administration, Healthcare, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Accounting or related field

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce UAT quality standards and conduct governance checks
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, QA, and vendors on test strategy, scope, and timelines
• Participate in test intake, planning, estimation, and contribute to UAT strategy, plan, and kickoff activities
• Develop, organize, and maintain UAT test scripts and results in Azure DevOps, ensuring data readiness and environment setup
• Manage defects: track, verify, and report issues during UAT execution
• Support functional testing as needed and coordinate end-to-end test coverage across business teams
• Create and monitor UAT metrics and dashboards for visibility via visual management tools
• Prepare audit documentation and provide training/guidance on UAT processes and tools to analysts and business users
