Job summary

Blue Spire Inc. in Rancho Cucamonga, CA seeks an IT Quality Assurance professional to lead UAT testing initiatives across multiple projects. You will coordinate business stakeholders, develop testing standards, and ensure quality assurance governance.

The role requires 3+ years in IT QA, experience with UAT coordination, strong communication, and a solid understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies. Healthcare domain knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years in IT Quality Assurance, with UAT experience coordinating with business teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public or Business Administration, Health Care, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Accounting or related field.
• Knowledge of Managed Care systems and life cycle; testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of Test Management and Reporting Tools; testing planning and estimates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Visio; strong written and oral communication.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO PERFORM POSITION

Experience Requirements

Three (3) years in IT Quality Assurance. Prior experience in utilizing Test Management

Tools. Prior Experience in coordinating UAT testing with business teams.

Experience successfully managing business relationships with stakeholders required.

Experience Health Plan Operations and Government Programs preferred. Experience in healthcare is desirable.

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Public or Business Administration, Health Care, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Accounting or related field from an accredited institution

required.

Knowledge

• Knowledge of Managed Care systems and client/server applications - Preferred.
• Understanding of SDLC life cycle and QE methodologies.
• Principles and methods of systems analysis for data processing - Required.
• Principles of sound testing methodologies – Required
• Knowledge of Test Management and Reporting Tools- Required

POSITION MAJOR FUNCTIONS

1. Participate and lead the development of user acceptance te testing (UAT) quality standards, educating teams on
2. testing quality standards, and conducting governance checks.
3. 2. Responsible for auditing the UAT activities and ensuring UAT delivery
4. 3. Plays l ead role in UAT Test Coordination across several business teams on multiple projects simultaneously
5. including product implementations, enhancements, upgrades, releases, and change requests (CR).
6. 4. Collaborate with varying technical and business roles including: Project Managers, Business Process Engineers,
7. Quality Engineers, Developers, Security Engineers, Business Systems Analysts, Vendors/Business teams as part of
8. Test Governance
9. 5. Participate in Test Intake/planning and Test Estimations
10. 6. Contribute to the UAT test strategy/test plan (task list & owner, testing scope, test
11. 7. Contribute to the UAT Kickoff (status, reporting, DevOps access/training, application training, etc.)
12. 8. Contribute to the daily planning and execution of UAT test scripts
13. 9. Perform Functional Testing activities on various applications as needed
14. 10. Assist in the development and implementation of metrics and maintenance of Visual Management Tools.
15. 11. Participate in daily UAT standups and report status updates
16. 12. Participate in scheduled calls with extended project team members
17. 13. Build and manage UAT test scripts in DevOps (own structure, load test scripts, and manage test scripts)
18. 14. Gather Test results from various Business teams as part of UAT testing and upload test results back to Test
19. 15. Manage UAT defects - verify the execution of test plans, manage and report on defects
20. 16. Contribute to data set for UAT test script execution (define Test datasets between the various business teams for
21. End-to-End test coverages)
22. 17. Assist in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures and job aides related to job functions,
23. procedures, and technical guidelines.
24. 18. Coordinate and prepare documentation for internal/external audits
25. 19. Train and provide guidance to other Analysts in the team as needed
