Job summary

Southeastern Integrated Care Llc in Pembroke, NC is seeking a part-time Dispatcher for transportation of non-emergency clients to medical appointments. You will schedule vehicles, assign drivers, and adapt to last-minute changes to ensure on-time arrivals while maintaining safety and a caring environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily or weekly schedules, communicating with drivers and maintenance, reporting on activities, and adhering to DOT and ADA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have NC driver’s license with no more than 3 penalty points.
• CPR, first aid and role-related certifications within 3 months of hire.
• PASS Basic and CTAA training within 90 days of hire.
• PASS Wheelchair certificate within 90 days of hire.
• First Aid/CPR card within 30 days.
• Defensive Driving certificate within 90 days.
• ADA compliance training completed upon hire and annually.
• Emergency Procedures for Vehicle Operations training completed upon hire and annually.
• Drug test completed upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Dispatchers schedule daily/weekly transportation and inform drivers of assignments.
• Handle last-minute trip changes to ensure on-time client arrivals.
• Coordinate with maintenance and drivers to keep fleet ready and informed.
• Provide detailed activity reports to assess patterns and inefficiencies.
• Monitor safety and ensure adherence to driving-rest limits and safety procedures.
• Follow DOT and other regulatory compliance requirements.
