Qualifications

• 7+ years project management experience leading complex, multi-project engagements.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience with accountability for team outcomes.
• 2+ years of experience managing project financials including forecasting and variance analysis.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to influence decision making across multiple stakeholders and executive levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results across multiple projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple high complexity projects across one or more client environments and ensure alignment to delivery standards and business priorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives and key stakeholders to influence decisions and drive outcomes.
• Establish consistent communication frameworks across project, client, and internal teams and resolve escalated issues and risks.
• Drive financial performance by forecasting, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions across engagements.
• Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes while maintaining alignment to project objectives and delivery quality.
• Partner with sales and account teams to identify and advance client opportunities.
