Qualifications

• 4–6 years of healthcare transactional and regulatory experience.
• Working knowledge of Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Experience with private equity fund or portfolio company healthcare transactions is a plus.
• Strong academic record with excellent analytical, writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support healthcare transactions and regulatory matters for partners and clients.
• Ensure Stark Law and AKS compliance across matters and negotiations.
