Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare regulatory and transactional matters.

• Substantive knowledge of Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute is essential.
• Experience handling CHOW transactions and related regulatory filings is preferred.
• Familiarity with OIG and CMS voluntary self-disclosure protocols is also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ideal candidates will have transactional experience, including conducting corporate and regulatory due diligence.
• Structuring transactions to comply with federal and state healthcare regulatory requirements.
