Bennett Thrasher seeks an experienced leader to head the Healthcare side of our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice, with a clear path to partnership for the right candidate. This role will drive growth in the TAS healthcare practice, engaging in complex healthcare sector transactions across hospitals, physician practices, payors, and related sectors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings experience, 5+ in TAS.
• Healthcare sector experience including hospitals, health systems, MSOs, payors, RCM, and related orgs.
• Experience interacting with C-level personnel.
• Experience leading buy-side and sell-side engagements.

Responsabilités

• Leads engagement teams and ensures quality delivery of services.
• Analyzes deal issues including quality of earnings, pro-forma, working capital, and debt analysis.
• Leads transaction advisory work for multiple engagements (buy-side and sell-side).
• Coaches staff in due diligence, decision making, report writing, and project management.
• Maintains client relationships and resolves issues; identifies risks and communicates them.
