Job summary

Bennett Thrasher is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services Healthcare Senior Manager or Director to lead the healthcare side of our M&A practice in Atlanta. The role focuses on deal execution, BD, and driving double-digit growth within TAS healthcare engagements.

The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare transaction experience across hospitals, health systems, physician practices, MSOs, and payer contracts, along with a proven network to expand the TAS healthcare footprint.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Financial Due Diligence and Quality of Earnings in TAS.
• Deep Healthcare sector experience across hospitals/health systems, physicians, MSOs, payors, and related areas.
• Experience interacting directly with C-level executives.
• Carve-out experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads client engagement teams and ensures delivery of quality services.
• Examines deal issues incl. quality of earnings adjustments, pro-forma/normalization, working capital, debt analysis, and SPA review.
• Leads the full spectrum of TAS work for buy-side and sell-side engagements.
• Coaches staff in due diligence, critical decision making, report writing, and project management.
• Ensures client expectations are met and maintains relationships while addressing issues.
• Identifies risks and communicates them to clients.
• Works with TAS leadership on initiatives and strategy; pursues business development opportunities.
• Leads proposal documents and presentations to win new clients.
