Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP seeks a Senior Manager for the Health Care Transaction Advisory Service within our Financial Advisory Services group. You will lead due diligence, financial analysis, and client-facing engagements to meet complex needs, while working with leadership to grow the practice and deliver value for middle-market clients.

Qualifications

8+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction service lines.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
Progression in a Transaction Advisory or Financial Due Diligence role strongly preferred.
CPA certification preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and data-driven insights from modeling and Excel.

Responsibilities

Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
Research and financial analysis of target companies.
Due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
Participate in firm marketing and recruiting activities.
Support career development and collaboration within the team.
Mentor and develop junior staff as part of Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy.
Build relationships with clients and communities to drive engagement.
