Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience at a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction services.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Strong initiative, organization and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Data gathering, document review and quality of earnings preparation.
• Financial analysis of target companies and due diligence for buy-side and sell-side.
• Client communications to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Support marketing and recruiting activities for the firm.
• Lead and develop engagement teams and contribute to engagement planning.
• Contribute to professional growth through firm learning programs.
• Provide data-driven insights and build client relationships.
