Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction services.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA certification preferred; progression in transaction advisory or due diligence valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform data gathering and prepare quality of earnings reports.
• Conduct research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Perform due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure delivery of excellent service.
• Participate in marketing and recruiting activities.
