Epic is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and this Trainer role leads in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users as they transition to Epic. You’ll shape the experience from instruction design to training materials and scenarios, delivering sessions with a tight-knit team to improve patient care.

Beyond classroom work, you will collaborate with organizations to tailor training, participate in workflow-based content design, and engage in projects to make Epic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Experience in teaching, presenting, or performance preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days; relocation to Madison, WI reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff.
